Reverso is a trans-oceanic improvising chamber jazz project you'll want to see and hear live.

Co-led by DownBeat’s Rising Star trombonist Ryan Keberle, and Frank Woeste, the acclaimed Paris-based pianist and music director for Ibrahim Maalouf, and rounding out the trio is French cellist Vincent Courtois.

They will present Reverso’s second album, "The Melodic Line", out on Feb 14, 2020. With a unique improvised chamber music style, Reverso digs into the possibilities of classical/jazz cross-pollination by finding inspiration in the music of French composers such as Maurice Ravel. As they did for their first album, and the music of Les Six for this second album, they play a "jazzy" sonority and aesthetic, from a group of early 20th Century French composers. ...
