Guitarist Thom Douvan released his CD tribute to the Funk Brothers, Brother Brother (2014), followed by an original jazz CD, All Over Again (2015). At Piedmont Piano Company, Thom will reprise songs from both well-reviewed CD's as well as his first So Shall We Learn (2008), featuring prominent Bay Area musicians Steve Carter on piano, Deszon Claiborne on drums, Aaron Germain on bass, Tony Malfatti on woodwinds, and vocalist Gina Harris appearing as a guest on a couple of numbers.
